What is Howard County’s Vision for the Local Business Initiative?
The Contract Administration and Office of Procurement wish to bring a group of capable and diverse workforces and vendors together. These workforces and vendors should be driven by their ability to work together and promote integrity in what they do. With the help of these vendors and workforces, Howard County hopes to bring in plenty of high-quality goods and services so that operational readiness will be heightened.
