We at Anderson Fire Protection are thrilled to announce that we have recently partnered with Harkins Builders to complete a stellar new project! The staff at Harkins constructed a brand new home located in the neighborhood of Woodbourne and McCabe, found in Baltimore. This project will allow a single mother as well as her teenage son to be given a fresh start in life.
Our staff at Anderson Fire Protection assisted with the home construction project by installing a fire sprinkler system for their new home, and we couldn’t be more proud to be a part of this project.
Support the Habitat for Humanity of the Chesapeake!
If you don’t know about the Habitat for Humanity of the Chesapeake, consider showing your support to them for the help they brought to this project. They are a non-profit organization that assists families with building new homes for them or improving existing homes.
They have been assisting families for over 35 years, dating back to 1982, and they have worked tirelessly building homes all across the Anne Arundel, Howard, and Baltimore areas. They have already built over 750 houses for families, and they show no sign of stopping anytime soon. With their help, over 2,500 family members have been given the safety and protection they need.
In addition to constructing homes, the Habitat for Humanity of the Chesapeake also has six different ReStores. These stores provide people with both new and used furniture, appliances, and building materials, and people can purchase these items at far lower prices. These stores are especially helpful to families with low incomes because the materials at these stores are much more accessible to them. They understand that some families have more struggles than others, and they want to do everything they can to give families the support they need when they are going through tough times.
